We need to be able to reproduce your problem to analyse them. For that we need certain data from java console.
Send us the contents of the Java Console.
Start > Run > type javaws > Press OK
Edit > Preferences > Advanced (tab) > Java console > Enable "Show console" > Click OK
Now Launch the WebAlive Console again and you will see a white box appear called the "Java Console"
Now perform those actions again that were producing unexpected results for you in WebCommerce console.
If the action fails, copy the contents of the Java Console into an email and send it to support@webalive.com.au with a description of the steps you took to perform the error.
