| If you configure the Outlook and select IMAP instead of POP3, you may get the following error during sending an email from your Outlook "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)". The reason for the error is that your mail application has not authenticated to our mail server. In order to send mail through our server, your email program must authenticate. |
Please enable your SMTP authentication by following the steps below;
1. Click "Tools" then "Accounts Settings...".

2. Click "Change...".
3. Click "More Settings".
4. Click "Outgoing Server".
5. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires Authentication".
6. Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
7. Click OK
8. Click Next
9. Click Finish
This should fix the Outlook to send email. Close Outlook and re-open it to start sending mail.
